I'm just looking for an excuse to go out front proudly with hose in hand. Thing is the weather is looking a bit dodgey? If I spend a few hours cleaning the cars then it pisses down I'm going to have a sense of humour failure.

Anyway anyone else enjoying the newly lifted hosepipe ban?

Warwickshire never had a hosepipe ban, but it hasn't stopped raining here for about 3 weeks so would be wasting my time washing it anyway. I think the weather in Scotland has been better than England for a few weeks now.

Now I've got a water butt and it's full I used that water in my old pressure washer last weekend. Just connected a small length of hose to a bucket at the bottom and sat that on and inverted bucket. Worked a treat, only used 2 buckets of water to wash the car and as it's rain water it left less marks.
