Just has to be things in 2015 now :wink:
So far in 2015 I have learned that we've found the Ultimate Jenga die that I thought lost forever about 6 years ago, that Mrs B loves limoncello a little too much, and that drunk Jenga is really, really hard.
Hopefully I'll learn something slightly more useful sometime in the next 12 months

1)Estate Agents are Lying Cheating Arseholes. I seem to relearn this every year, just to make sure.
2)Lettings Agents are even worse. This is a new one on me.
Apologies if you're aLying Cheating Arsehole Estate/Lettings Agent, but that's how I feel.
We've bought something we like now, so the lot of them can piss off for a few years.

that's not funny but it made me chuckle , i long since gave up on the notion the Police are there to help law abiding citizen's .They are much more preoccupied with taking the easy money off the motorist :thumbsdown:

The fascade of a happy relationship is only as good as the mask you wear and will do you no favours by painting on a smile everyday for the world to see.

I now know who my friends really are.

You're a long time dead. Make the effort to speak to people who you regard as friends and trim the fat in terms of those that are just 'hangers on'

I learned that:
1. Moving to Vancouver Island and not freezing in winter is a good thing
2. I don't suffer fools gladly, never have and now I just ignore them, it's less stressful :evil:
3. Don't go to the Land Rover dealership and wait for the work to be done, they also have a Jag dealership upstairs and Porsche is across the street.....I barely escaped, phew !
4. I really like my 911 and don't want to change .(see #3 above).
5. LIFE is SHORT, drive a Jag or a Porsche or a ZedMR.

1. I haven't particularly enjoyed my work as I was too focussed on taking. Need to change to giving. [Change idols from Jobs/Zuckerberg to Tesla/Turing/Berners-Lee],
2. I can't control everything (most of all people) - need to let go and forgive (but don't give them a chance to do it again). They will get what they deserve.
3. [If you believe in God] I will keep chasing Him with love and hoping to get something in return. I have learnt if I love His creation, His love chases me
In the spirit of my new found enlightenment and spirit of giving - I will give a hand to anyone on their Zed for a couple of hours at the weekend in West London
