So, how much for a 2003 Z8 Alpina, 8500 miles ?

Hmm the only black one with red leather I can see for sale at the moment and one of the last built.. but he is pushing the price a bit!

Lovely but..........Wtf - You could have a fleet of supercars for that price

Well actually I would pay 140k off the mortgage and buy a 360!! :D

Which is mad, because that's what they cost new I think

They have appreciated, and I guess £120/130k fits looking at others out there... But the current price is just a tad ambitious. Says the man who can't afford it at any price :P

That is gorgeous! Price is a bit on the high side... funny how these weren't that well received at launch, yet they've done the unthinkable and actually appreciated in value.

Slighly less but not by much, so prices are high,

However I would go for this one, simply a gorgeous Zed.

ouch :o

Am I alone in not particularly liking the z8 :?

Nope Gannet. I cannot see the fascination. Rather bad modern retro take off of a true BMW iconic classic.

It's a step on from retro in its own right, for me it's a classic beauty which I'd take over your usual Porsche, Ferrari any day which come across as a tad dull. IMHO if course

+1

I actually prefer the silver Z8 than the Alpina version, the 20" wheels look stupid and out of place on those sumptuous curves........and it's almost £100k cheaper
