I'm just disappointed that, when I went to their website for information I wanted on their products and clicked on their introductory video, I got a page of images that tell you nothing and a video that stalls or says "Video Unavailable". https://satuning.co.uk/product/truetuneproduct1/
If they can't make a decent website and make it work, how can you trust them to work on your car?
Yes, you're right, Rob, the video's working now. The separate images of the handset still aren't much use, though.Smartbear said:That’s strange, i followed the link you pasted & every video i clicked on worked for me? :?Busterboo said:I'm NOT writing this to knock SA Tuning that Rob's quoted above. Also a tuning box is just as likely to flag up at a dealership as any remap. There's even a specific BMW fault code to detect sensor discrepancies and flag them as tuning box related.

The error code can be cleared with ISTA and would be cleared by most devices capable of clearing BMW specific fault codes. The car also stores sensor data called FASTA which would be their main tool if they wanted to deny a warranty claim. Never looked into clearing this so you might have to have a google.
