SkyeFall Run 2014 - 30th & 31st August - Updated 29/07/14

Bing - meant to say - I'm pretty sure you cannot book at the Green Welly - it's a kinda queue up / diner / school dinner type of place - but waiting tends not to be too long. On same site there is another coffee shop which is fine for sandwiches etc. to the left of the main shop. If both really busy there is another place back down the street a little on opposite side.

Falkirk Wheel idea cool too - though can take a wee while and can get very busy !

Still envous here !

jaxZ4, thanks, that actually makes things easier, less stress

Still not heard from Craig :?

Wee bump for anyone else thinking of tagging along...

Friday Night Hotel

I've been speaking to Tony (Guiseley) as we're going to meet up on the way to Scotland, he's been in the area before and thinks that the Premier Inn at Falkirk is a good one to stay at - about 20 mins away from the Saturday morning meet point

We're both going to book there, so if anyone else is interested...

I've booked in there for Friday night

Bump for this - last chance to get booked with the group... Though of course you can sort yourself out if you're a late comer.

Oh, and to remind AndreP and metal licker that I need you to contact me on my personal email address are per the PM I just sent :poke:

Email sent mate

Would have absolutely loved to come to this having been on both Skye and Islay trips in the past. Unfortunately Mrs B and I are in London for the weekend, so Guiseley will escape another decapitation attempt.

Bing, I will do my best to try and make this, though may be a bit last minute, as I am away from this week coming(Friday), until the20th of August, working down south!!

Will let you know when I can mate, and if I can help, will do what I can :driving:

Funnily enough, me too - now we can both move on. Pleased about that

Ok, 1520 ferry from Mallaig to Armadale on the 30th August booked for all except Andrew who will book his own.

No need to prepay the camp site, but they know we're coming and will give us pitches together.

So everyone but Andrew owes me £33.20 (that's per car, each with two passengers). I'll email everyone my bank details and the spreadsheet of contact details later this evening.
