Thats a shame, silver M looks nice and i know your not worried about the miles. I'd buy the Imola one with the CSL and skirts :wub: but i know its up for a bit more.

My sons wife has just written off her car - someone scratched the car bumper and put a small dent in the wing. Engineers said its a total write off as chassis and suspension might be damaged. Complete rubbish and after negotiation they agreed cat D and she can keep car for 20% of value. Insurance companies it seems are keen to write off cars so they reduce their liabilities if anything goes wrong after a repair or was missed by the engineer.
She was informed that it was usual practice to offer car back for 20% of the payout value, so suggest you put that to your insurers.
