It is, and the order went to the factory on 23-Jul.

However no specific date was given/promised - other than 'September' - as it will depend on manufacturing scheduling, shipping and customs delays.

I guess that's because his came directly from the manufacturer to his US address?

Maybe it's easier getting one through US customs than 10-20 through UK customs?

I'm getting impatient now

I cant believe its taken them this long (ie 2012) to sort it, I was running an E46 M3 on my MC back in 2009 :

The airbox wont give you didly squat extra grunt, quite a bit more noise though!

I asked if there was any chance of getting it delivered before my 'Ring trip and was told "we'll do our best", but with no explanation for the delay.

How did the M3 one fit, any special adaptions or issues?

Was a tight fit, I think I used a different MAF Adapter that was shorter, worked fine though - The M3 intake ended up behind the headlight, not sure on the fit of the Z4 specific one.
