Someone give me the address point for the A34 please

Not sure there is an address as such. Northbound A34 past the A40 intersection you'll see a Little Chef and BP filling station. We meet in the Little Chef car park.

Google Maps Link

According to Google Maps it's Bicester Rd, Bicester OX25 3QQ

Guys ... Undercover ST parked on the M4 eastbound before reading and a marked radar further up. Slow on the way home !!!

Got my tickets too.....I'll see you all at the meet point....looking forward to it.

Need to work out a way to get an infield pass.....anyone have any other ideas? Who was the guy from the last events who organised these? Can anyone remember?

For those going but not on the stand bmw have bmw and mini only parking so you don't have to be in the other car parks. Could be a mini Z4 stand lol http://www.silverstoneclassic.com/Content/BMW-at-the-Silverstone-Classic

Does anybody know whether BMW Cars will be providing their hospitality tent again this year?

Last year it was wonderful to be able to sit down in the shade/dry and have a cup of coffee during the day.

The weather forecast for next weekend is currently very hot (27/28 degrees) but with thunderstorms late on the Friday and Saturday, so I'm hoping that the parade lap doesn't get cancelled again.

Is this BMW Car Club or BMW UK? As I read that they have areas to relax for BMW owners, just show your fob. You can also show your fob to get 'fast track' access to the BMW Wheel. I assume people will know what that is.

Also

The premium automotive manufacturer will be showcasing the new BMW 2 Series Active Tourer which goes on sale later this year. In recognition of its status as a car for a great family day out, BMW will host a ‘Picnic Spot’ for you to enjoy a picnic lunch, with an ice cream bar serving a range of delicious flavours.

BMW will be helping you make the most of your visit to the Silverstone Classic. The 40m high BMW Wheel will be returning this year, with free rides for all visitors and amazing views over the venue and race track.

For the more active, BMW will also be providing a free bike hire service so you can explore the site on two wheels as well. And with a screen showing live footage of the races in the Picnic Spot, you can rest assured that you won’t miss out on any of the action.

For BMW and MINI drivers there is a dedicated BMW Owner’s Car Park; simply follow the signs once you arrive at Silverstone. And by showing your key fob, BMW and MINI owners can also gain fast track entry onto the BMW Wheel.

Anyone for a bike ride???

Sounds fantastic Angie4m! Thanks for the update! Definitely up for a bike round on the day. Let's just hope the weather hold off this time round!

Hope the weathers good too Luke, I've been checking the MET office and it's advising 25 degrees Friday and Saturday with some cloud cover but advising 22 degrees and thunder storms on Sunday but they had initially forecast rain for Friday and Saturday a couple of days ago so here's hoping it's wrong.

Mind your sun lotion folks

Are we doing car window information again this year?

This was mine from last year. I have just updated it and printed another off.
