Today I have replaced the gearbox and diferential oils. My car is a 6 speed manual 30iSDrive with 63k miles. The tech said that the differential oil's colour was ok but the gear box's was quite dark already.
The difference is so noticeable: less noisy operation and the gear changes are much smoother, specially 1st to second. It almost completely got rid of the notchiness.
I am really pleased with the results and I recommend everyone thinking about doint it to go for it.
