My company is moving to new offices which means I will be travelling by train to work rather than driving. I purchased a cheap runabout (Ford Puma) to drive to work to save me putting too many miles on my Z but now that I won't be driving to work should i sell the runabout?
Possitives of selling
- Will not need to spend about £700-£900 a year to keep second car on the road
- Will get to drive the Z every day
Negatives of selling
- Will have to park the Z in train station car park and risk dings and scrapes
- Will need to think about winter tyres for the Z which could be expensive as I currently have winter tyres for the Puma
- Will need to use the Z for shopping and again risk parking in public car parks
Any advice would be welcome but it is starting to look like an unnessesary extravegance having two cars now.
