Self Service Centre...J29

Thanks for the comments;

we are always open to constructive criticism, as that is the way we learn / get better, so we welcome all comments, good or not so good (yet to have any negative feed back, but as in any business I'm sure it will happen).

When we opened, we made a promise that if a customer wanted parts ordering whilst they were at our premises (Mon-Sat) we could get them within 15 mins.
This worked for 99% of the time, but we were let down a couple of times (1 parts delivery took 45 mins for instance) so we took our suppliers to task, and now they conform with the 15mins delivery time EVERY time.

However, if you are booking to be with us on a future date, and need parts, just give us your reg number at the time of booking and we can ensure that the correct parts are ready and waiting when you arrive. No time wasted etc

So, I have just got home after a few hours with the "Lift"..

The EBC gear is all fitted now and what a differance it is to have the hubs at a decent working level.

The guys were very welcoming and ensured that the car was lifted correctly and gave me instructions on how it all was operated.
I was supplied with all the tools I required including a windy gun and air connection and torque wrench.
You can also buy Oil, Brake Fluid, Brake Cleaner etc
The mechanic (sorry I forgot his name) is about if you get stuck or have any questions.

With a bit of assistance from one of my friends, we got all the work done in 2 hours and 15 minutes. The real headache was adjusting the bloody hand brake after fitting the new rear disks.

I can reccomend the place to anybody who fancies a go. I didn't do it to save money as I enjoy a bit of spanner swinging but being presented with a bill for just £31 was nice. That is quite a saving on going to a garage!

Here are a couple of pictures that I took after the job was done (I forgot that I had my camera in the car)
I also didn't ask for permission to take or show the pictures so I hope Dean is happy for me to do so:
