I think estoril blue is now my fav E89 tint. It was the metallic dark blue, closely followed by black (mine). Didn’t even realise it was a colour available on the ‘89s…
And let’s start the argument (again) right here, right now… I think your wheels are terrific too (just dodge those potholes).

My fav BMW colour shame they made it a normal run colour instead of an M only colour. Z4M coupe in Estoril would have been perfect.

Didn’t even realise it was a colour available on the ‘89s…

It was only available from late 2015 as was a 'run-out' colour (to help get shot of the last of the E89s probably). The tacky ///M badges on the wings were also standard, as was (I think) a much better spec.
As Estoril was always reserved only for proper 'M' cars, I think the marketing was to give them an 'air of M' to shift them.

Looks lovely and my favourite colour on an E89. Are you sure about those "M Performance" decals? They were present on a 1 series I bought a few years ago and the first job I asked the supplying dealership to do was to remove them. Anyhow enjoy the car

Not original but genuine 'BMW'. They are £100 a pair; I know cos I bought some for my old 440.

Estoril was an M or individual colour.

Nothing to do with air of M, they made Estoril a normal run colour with the F20/21 1 series. M badges have been a part of the M pack on BMWs for years. Thought you would know that by now

I would Ian, as yours is a better car than this one. Unfortunately I couldn't afford to without the dog guard being VERY expensive.
