Second Car ?

I don't have a second car, whats the point in buying a fun car and then driving a dull one while the fun one sits on the drive depreciating

I am a bit overprotective of where I park it though
I have to agree that that's the conclusion I come to every time I think about getting a second car - why drive a POS every day when you have a nice car.

I understand where y'all are coming from but, parking the Z in grocery store and department store parking lots is begging for damage. Particularly if you DO park in a far-away, obscure space. People can be jealous and mean, I don't think parking far away is any better then parking in a 'regular' spot. I don't know, I just can't bring myself to shop in my Z. Not that I like bruises on my truck, but it is a truck, and they can't hurt what's under the hood  .
Plus, it makes driving the Z that much more exciting after not having driven it for a few days. It's always like a brand new car to me, I like knowing all I have to do is get in and drive - no shopping stops or errands. I'd only worry about it constantly anyway - just ask Mr. and Mrs. Ovrkll!

The second car question is a PITA. I wish I did not need a second car but the ground clearence on an ///M is pretty bad and will not deal with sun-divisions after a fresh snow. However, this problem only occurs 10-14 days per year....

I would really like to have just a 2-seater sports car and no other. Maybe I should move to Vancouver or Victoria, BC. I refuse to leave Canada because of snow :?
What kind of clearance does a P car have :fuelfire:

Evidently he believes 4 X drive will make up for a lack of clearance?

Move to Victoria when you retire. But come to Vancouver and you won't be disappointed! You can shave off your FX too... your M can be your only ride.

Move to Vancouver and... the Zeattle Crew will all buy you a lapdance.
Enfield doesn't much like rain...

I hope he has CAA on quick dial.

The Carerra 4S has a ground clearence of 96mm

That is why I will keep the Infiniti for those 4-6 days of the year when it snows more than 10cm.
