Seat belts & window rubbers...

New trim is the only answer unless you want to bodge..

Neither of my coupes have been like that,didn't know it was a common problem
 
I imagine somebody getting out of it probably caught it. I'll see if I can get a gentle bit of glue or something.
 
I think that the trim has a thin steel brace within its design..maybe if you got a thin trim tool underneath it could be teased back into shape ?

Thants my though or cleaning cloths getting caught under it.
 
You shouldnt catch it getting in or out,its flat to the panel and doesnt protrude over the end of the rear quarter.

Something has caught that and then the wind has got under it..

I wouldnt be sticking any kind of glue or solvent onto the paint..
