Since you may need to use the included light sandpaper to take the scratch out from the clear coat, then use both polishes to finish...not for the faint of heart! It's only useful if the scratch hasn't reached the paint (clear coat surface only). Anything deeper and I would see a professionnal. Good luck![]()

An alternative for small chips that many have used with success (inc. me) is the http://www.langka.com/ where in essence you touch up the scratch with normal BMW paint and then smooth out the resulting repair prior to normal polishing and waxing. Again designed for small damage not deep or long scratches.
