Scottish Z4-forum Meet - Sun 18th April 2010

I'm up for the Borders run idea, would like to join you for the 18th April run but have already booked Hull-Zeebrugge ferry for early April. Is it OK if I bring the Micra?. :|
 
Bumping this up for a 2-week (and a few days) reminder about the run on the 18th! Full details in my FIRST POST in this thread.

Are any of the maybe's able to confirm yet? If not, please try to when you can. I'll sort out a PM soon to get people's details (mobiles, reg numbers) in case of difficulties on the day.

Hiya - just bought my Z4 (picking it up tomorrow!) so may well be tempted to join in if I have the weekend off work!

Good stuff. I wasn't even aware of the Bavarian-Board website but am now and will get myself signed up I think! Look to have decent driving meets, which is just what I'm after...
 
Unfortunately won't be able to make it to the meet after all - working that weekend and there's noone willing to swap me :( Was looking forward to it as well seeing as it would be my first one!

Don't worry about it, it will be EVERYONE'S first meet - there's not been one before but hopefully there'll be others :)

I'll know for defo on Monday as I'm meant to be working saturday and Sunday(Sunday being double time) but I'm sure I'll get someone who wants to get the extra cash!
Ps missus shambolic wants to come along too. We may not make whole day but possibly most if I can swap shift. :thumbsup:
 
I'm having a long weekend in Scotland the same weekend.

Will be headng south to Ft William on the Sunday. Take it you guys will be a lot further south?

You boys have a good run on the 18th!

I hope it all goes well for you (dry, sunny weather and tops down for those lucky enough to have rag tops!) and just remember to post plenty of photies! :thumbsup:

Cheers. Yeah we'll be a little bit further south than Fort William: the closest point we'll come is "Lix Toll", probably mid-afternoon. Google says thats 55.2miles/1hr14m from Fort William, but it does involve one of the most scenic roads in the world - the A82 if you fancied a bit extra driving.
