Hey, did you park opposite me in Sainsburys car park in Darnley on Saturday afternoon?

I think i've seen your car around weeg a couple of times before.
See you at the meet if you can make it!
Re the meet... as long as it involves driving and food i'm happy.

17/18th April
24/25th April
unless we stretch it into May.
As for format, thoughts? A few hours drive, a few photo/random chat stops, plus a food stop somewhere? Weather should be reasonable by then, so hopefully suitable for decent driving...

Balloch to stirling on the A811 stirling straights would be nice tooa11y said:All sounding good![]()
I'll leave it a couple of days and see if anyone else posts up. Dates so far are still looking good. I've got a route in mind, but it's only a suggestion - anyone with ideas post them up. The route I have in mind is approx 4hrs/155miles of actual driving according to googlemaps, might be a bit long for some? Starting and finishing at Stirling Services, up to Dunkeld via Crieff, lunch in Dunkeld, back via Aberfoyle and the Dukes Pass, all A/B road, NO dual-carriageway/motorway![]()
Yep I was reading that too (after looking through the NE meet thread) and very useful points made. Given that a few of us will probably bring partners, I thought that sort of distance might be a bit far, but 4hrs of driving over the course of the day isn't too bad, is it?Nosa said:Was reading through Spokeys Cruise Guides and i think he makes some very wise suggestions in there
