Thanks for all those that have responded and /or offered flexiblity on dining options..

Awaiting initial responses from Earthdweller, Alienzed, Flyingfifer, ScoobyR1, Craig3.2 and MefiEcosse reference lunch menu preferences / attendance confirmation, also Chippie appears not to want saturday lunch..

Due to the TFD issue for the Jim Clark Museum Cafe on Sunday we will go with the light bites menu, therefore Swiftly and peebleszZ4 need to bring extra Mars bars with them..and/orgo for the 'light bites' menu..-

Hi there, thanks for that..the whole idea of using the Museum's new cafe has turned out to be far from easy..anyway since they can't cope with groups of motorists turning up.. .. .. :thumbsdown: we have to adjust to suit them!

A majority want only a 'light bite' on Sunday so we will have to go with that..I'll email her and confirm that she can cope with on the day light bites...

I'll be back on the Sunday lunch issue!

We will only be having the lightest of bites at lunch on both days, as the big b&b brekkie usually fills us till the evening.
Cheers for the curry menu ,gives me time to make my selection without me having the usual confusion at the table .

The gate has now closed..orders put in for saturdays food and just clarifiying the need to pre-order for Sunday.

See everyone at the designated assemby point for 09:00 latest , fully fuelled for the day..depart 09:15!!

Anybody arrving late we can see them at the lunch stop.

Weather wise its still variable, recommend intermediates or wets for this weekend!

Sadly too busy pressing pedals and keeping a fluid schedule going so only only a few from me ..I was surprised and humbled by the Jim Clark museum, left me quite emotional..
