Scotland 2013/14 Meets List - needs a new owner for 2015

Don't mean come across creepy, but is okay if I could pop along to this, whenever it may be and have a nose around? Interested in purchasing a z4, but I haven't had an opportunity too look around one properlly before. I'm in Edinburgh.

Shame. Im in Edinburgh. Could have shown you my fine example, but sadly have just sold it. It tends to be the finer specimens that attend the forum runs. I'm sure if you come along you'll see some great examples :)

Few possibilities. Z4M, M3, RS4 , maybe Cayman. Still looking at options but I'd like to stay in the Z4 family

Adam, you know and I know it will be a Z4M  :D

Not gonna lie an RS4 would be tempting but nothing looks quite as good as a nice z

Everyone - for the 2015 edition of this list it could do with a new 1st poster /custodian , As Ive sold the M I will keep my word and come out on a Z4Forum meet in scotland but to be honest i'm unlikely to organise a run for 2015 , since the change in the car ive been attending the new cars local owners club which has a busy 2015 schedule already.

Also perhaps a little nudge to the Z4 Scotland owners - its a while since a Scottish Z4 Forum meet has taken place , its January time to get planning otherwise another summer will pass by without a full program of events - we used to manage one every 6 weeks :poke: We have the best roads in the UK and the Z4 suits them brilliantly . When you read through the meets section 2014 was a bit barren for Z4 Scotland.

If someone new wishes to run a route quite happy to pass on some advice on past routes and resources for route planning .

very happy if someone can take up the mantle of this distribution list and become a catalyst for a great summer of Scottish Z4 Driving in 2015 .

If I lived in Scotland I'd own this... But as I don't I can't :(

However I'll stick my hand up to help sort out (that means organise in partnership with someone else, preferably a local :P ) something in July or August if there enough takers. Thinking three days / two nights, getting as far north as we can in the time available, and ensuring we have sufficient B&Bs wherever we end up because I ain't camping again

The last weekend in August is a good bet for me as the Scottish schools have gone back by then so the roads are less busy, but the English schools have not so WB can come. Be nice if we had more Scots on the next big run :poke:

End of August might work for me - I'll hide at the Back with a Bell .

I think you are the last organiser of a scottish run Bing :D

I am. Shocking commitment from my countrymen and expat residents. Though to be fair you've all been very busy buying Porsches... except Adamski who seems to have moved to Edinburgh and gotten stuck there :poke: :P

Shame about this - hope someone picks it up - there are some terrific roads in Scotland.

Bing, Steph and I would be keen to take part in a three day run again and the timing works for Steph as it did for the Skye run last year (as long as she doesn't have any training days before school starts back). We've taken part in a few of the Scottish runs previously but don't have much experience of Scotland. We organised a few runs in the NE so if you need some help and you can't get a local, we may be as far North a helper as you can get!

Paul and Steph :driving:
