Yeah - my thoughts exactlyjohn-e89 said:So why sell it and not the 35is if the 35i is better balanced and has enough power...? :?
Putting any 19yr old in a 300BHP car is a good way to lose your kidsB21 said:Pondrew said:Presuming it's the girl from Birkenhead who put a wanted thread up.jamesditchy said:Glad to see it went to a good home and hopefully a new forum member
The insurance premium for that car with all the 'mods' at 18 must be more than I earn in a year. Fair play to her!![]()
I think she’s in the day dreamer time waster category..
This lady was a sharp cookie..clocked up her first years no claims with her Focus..having a black box fitted ….
Strange irony for a 300bhp car…suspect she will be enjoying out ranking the boys down the high school..

Could it be the little hot/cold roller switch on the dash set to red?
I had this occasionally on my old one - it seemed to be related to low battery charge when the car wasn't used that much.... it was just a temporary glitch that settled down once it got back to normal levels of charge.B21 said:system was pumping red hot air out on the driver’s side

The roller switch affects both sides equally, with dual heating controls maybe they’ve set one side only to a high temp?

No seemed just confused..fortunately…Dad has had a plethora of hot poop motors so doesn’t seem fussed..
I suggested Zed Shed as a POC…
Looks they overheated the pump motor playing around with the roof…as I said never had any issues with the roof in 5 years..sod’s law..
The hot air on one side seems very weird..
As long as they can get tech support I think they will be fine..both issues can only be sensor related , at worse..
Yep you make a solid and valid point my friend, cant rgue with thatScubaregs said:mcbutler said:Putting any 19yr old in a 300BHP car is a good way to lose your kids
Girl is 18 I believe.
At 18 you can only ride a 125cc motorcycle. At 19 you can ride a bike up to 46.6hp after passing the relevant test, then after two years continuous riding you can ride any bike. To do the direct access route to ride any bike you have to be over 24.
Yet there are no restrictions on a 17 year old driving any car.
