Well after a plethora of day dreamers and time wasters the original Yellow Peril departed for its new life in the hands of an 18 year old.

I’m sure Dad will keep an eye on things,

Did two fast loops today with father and daughter..a really great car..far better balanced than the 35is and more than adequate power without overwhelming the chassis.

Heh ho..

5 years and 30,000 miles many happy memories…

Good that it’s sold, new owner looks happy

That’s another yellow coloured hole in the drive, you’ll need to be on the lookout for at least one other yellow vehicle to keep the 35iS company

Glad to see it went to a good home and hopefully a new forum member
Presuming it's the girl from Birkenhead who put a wanted thread up.
The insurance premium for that car with all the 'mods' at 18 must be more than I earn in a year. Fair play to her!

I assumed it was and did she not say that with the old black box that the premium was not much more than a Corsa

I have now copied and printed Peter's second picture above and taped it over the April picture of the 'official' 2022 Z4 calendar. Looks a lot better TBH, but the wife isn't convinced.

Lucky, lucky girl driving that beast at her age.

I had to put up with a dirt brown Austin Allegro. At least my son lucked out with a z4.

Behave man - just once as that young lady may appear on this thread tomorrow
Unless the gearbox goes South, I can't imagine an 18 year old girl being a regular amongst us bunch of 'coffin dodgers', can you?

No but she may come back to say thanks to Peter, you never ever know buddy, I was on an AR Spider forum and the most prolific poster was a 20 year old lady
