Both internal & key fob buttons need to be held continuously from the start to the finish of the opening of the roof. I take it you mean the keyfob battery?boreas7 said:With mine, a mid year 2014, I find that if the battery is not fully charged, the roof can be reluctant to open on the key fob. From the car it will open, it could be that the battery has declined.
