Hi All
Pretty certain that my roof motor has died, but a few questions....
Are the roof open/close and latching to the top of the windscreen seperate operations - - as roof unlatches and pops up a tad, but no more, also no motor sound. Micro switch and shelf in boot are fine, as are the 3 fuses for the roof.
How easy and quick is the manual operation of the roof? Is it feasible to use this method frequently, or is it a major chore?
Anyone recommend a new motor fitter in the Northampton area? In fact anywhere in the UK that is tried and tested. And a rough cost please.
Or if anyone on here knows what they're are doing and wants to take the job on for a good ££ - -let me know
Am off on a bike trip tomorrow, so can't do owt for a week.
Thanks in advance
Lance
