Roof motor- definitive list and prices

Think I have emailed him, but I have family in Bristol I can visit after so not worried about the commute. Really it's whoever can fit me in first! :driving:

Sorry to jump on this post. I’ve just joined. I purchased a 2008 z4 and the roof unlatches but doesn’t open - the red light just flashes. I wanted to get it repaired and can see people offer this service. I am based in Wembley. Anyone close to me offer this service? Happy to travel if there’s no one local.

Welcome to the forum.
You have the choices of RBM at Hook, [ref]bigwinn[/ref] in Lincoln, [ref]Number5[/ref] in Bristol, and me in Norfolk.
There are others but further away.
If I've missed anyone my apologies.
If you had a fluid leak I would think it would fail pretty quick as they fire the fluid out fast.
The fact it was sluggish for a while would possibly suggest a failing hydraulic pump. Did it move better one way than the other?
Anyway, several choices and sources for parts should you need them. :thumbsup:

No you do have Simon liggins down in Essex which is closer but not on the forum if you need me to put you in touch I can do
