Roof keeps giving

Are all hall sensors reading correctly?

I had similar and from memory the hall sensors on the drivers side ram (assuming an RHD car) were sat poorly- so the roof didn’t know the parts were at the end of travel
Are these the ones that sit on the right hydraulic cylinder in the trunk (in my case LHD car)?

Yes.
But, you can't measure if they are working correctly. If rusty inside, it's working point is shifting away from it's intended functionality.

Turned out the problem was w switch, thick pin on a roof wasnt fully pushing switch down. No clue whats the correct way of fixing that, but I glued thick piece of plastic to it and now it works.

OMG !
Sorry guys, that may be a funny fix, but is absolutely no recommendation!!

You always have to identify the source of this issue! Maybe there is
  • a broken/de-adjusted switch holder
  • anything blocking the roof mechanic
  • a wrong pin position of the front locking system
  • a damaged hydraulic ram due to a brute force attack by pushing the roof package manually
  • a damaged hydraulic ram due to a former blocking situation
  • a damaged gas spring in the main pillar
  • ...

Thar's your job to identify the source of this issue.

I looked at everything I could, to me sounds like that switch has two positions, one clicks almost immediately when engaged, and second clicks at the very bottom, unfortunately I can not see exactly how deep that pin goes. Somehing could have hapened with previous car owner, that I'll never know. Right now it sits perfectly level inside the trunk and it closes/opens just fine with no weird sounds. No liquid leaks as far as I can see.
And I looked at switch holder, it sits pretty tight, I could not see a way to easily raise it. It sits on several bolts that dont look like adjustable ones.
