For us E85 & E89 owners, what is the criteria for getting the roof down?

Is it -

- Roof always down
- Roof down when sunny
- Roof down when hot enough (if so please state qualifying temp in a separate post)
- Roof always up (this is only here so the coupe brigade don't feel left out hehe :) )

EDIT - Posted in wrong area, can a mod please move to "Lounge" - sorry! :(

Done...
Anytime the temp is above 5C and it's not raining I will consider dropping the top... :driving:

Ok, I'd like this to be a poll, but don't know how.

Below the post area you will see 2 tabs one is marked Poll creation. so hit edit on your first post and you should see it at the bottom of the page

For me it is roof down if sun is out, Temp only becomes an issue when SWMBO is shotgun

Mine is down if its sunny, regardless what the temperature is, as long as the sun is shining.

Cheers mate - all done now :)

Roof always down for me

No rain or snow are the first indicators of a potential top drop for me.
Temperature preferably not freezing (10°C or up is purr-fect).

However ... maybe I'm a bit weird, but sometimes I actually enjoy driving with the top up. D'ya suppose I could have closet coupe tendencies? (Shudder) ... no, no, it can't be ... because then there'd be no top-down driving at all.

Maybe I'm bi and can swing either way! :o

My roof is down throughout the Winter. Rain shine or snow it makes no difference, it's always down.

Hardtops on though :)

Summer - when the suns out the tops down, unless Mrs CJ is in then it has to be 20+

Been out today,11c and gloriously sunny, i do prefer it to be over 14c but that's old age for you.

I put my down when it's sunny don't mind the cold to much just turn the heater up :-) although that's only if I'm not going on a motorway.

Roof down always ;)
Just got back from a lovely run about near Poole and now I am sunbathing in my garden with a glass of white wine and a sandwich!
Is winter finished? Wondering if that's the end of winter? Where is Punxsutawney Phil when you need him!

Popped out for a coffee this morning - tool slightly longer than expected, ended up towards derby - roof down driving :)

Nailed it in one

If we relied on warm temps AND no rain, we'd never get the roofs down here...

Well, we all like a bit of top-down motoring

Depends on how long the journey is. Sometimes if it's too short I don't bother, but generally seem to be going with the majority if it's dry and sunny the top is down unless SWMBO is with me then it has to be between 20 & 22 below that it's to cold above too hot :P

Metal licker whereabouts in Cumbria are you?
Get yourself along to the Moffat meet in a couple of weeks time.
