If it were me I’d ask for 500 off knowing I could fix in either situation. However it will cost a lot more if you are going to give it to someone to fix…

Don't understand why anyone would entertain buying a car with multiple known issues (and possibly unknown ones) from a dealer. It will never be cheap enough.
True that it's a gamble, and I would say the other black Z4 isn't without issues that have been listed, but likely cheaper to sort out. My main sway against that one is the colour!

I was always under the impression that was why people buy from dealers....so it isn't a gamble. Obviously entirely up to you. If you are happy, go for it! On the plus side there are LOT of very, very helpful and knowledgeable people on here, should you need them.robg86 said:

The passenger door lock is currently not working, however I have the cast off my ankle now so should be able to fit the replacement at the weekend. After that, it just needs a service and a repair to the existing amp or replacement amp and it is good to go, both of which I'm happy to knock money off for
