RFT to Non-RFT tire pressures?

Alternatively, you could just look as the helpful little label that BMW's put near the bottom of the B pillar.

But those figures only refer to stiff walled run flats - The tyre manufacturers pressure settings are the best starting points. They know how their products should work.

Yep, that seems logical. Where did you find your tyre manufacturer's pressure settings for your car?

On the label as you suggest as I still have the runflats the car was supplied with.

On the E85 when I fitted Vredestein Sessanta tyres, I went onto the manufacturer’s web page and the pressures are specified.

I tried a few different pressure settings and I'm currently running 36 front and 42 rear. It's what's specified on the door sill for the factory rft's. According to tirerack, the factory air pressures are the same whether rft's or non rft's. I'm watching the wear closely.
