Replacing the discs

Is this just a case of calipers off, pads out, discs off and then reassemble with new components?

Do I have to change any wear sensors etc?

Just before I launch into it tomorrow and end up with warning lights all about the place?

Cheers!

As per what MM said, the two pad wear sensors (NSF & OSR) will be fine to reuse as long as they haven't already worn through & triggered a warning light on the dash.

Pretty easy job to do, I've just done the pads alone, but doing the discs wouldn't have been a much longer job as you've already got the caliper in two, assuming that is that you can get the caliper carrier bolts out ok & also the single retaining screw on the disc off ok.

No specialist job tools required, just a biggish G clamp, also don't forget to keep an eye on the fluid level in the reservoir as it can only go up when squeezing the calipers pistons back to make room for your nice & new fat pads & discs, you may have to drain some off (I did).

As TonyP says carriers need removed also to get the discs off.
Carrier bolts will be tight, remember and apply some thread lock on the bolts when replacing and correctly torque.
Enjoy

Holy cow! The carriers are 120Nm!

30 for the calipers is much more manageable.
120Nm is the same as the wheel bolts, if you can torque up a wheel correctly you won't have any trouble with the carriers
