As per what MM said, the two pad wear sensors (NSF & OSR) will be fine to reuse as long as they haven't already worn through & triggered a warning light on the dash.
Pretty easy job to do, I've just done the pads alone, but doing the discs wouldn't have been a much longer job as you've already got the caliper in two, assuming that is that you can get the caliper carrier bolts out ok & also the single retaining screw on the disc off ok.
No specialist job tools required, just a biggish G clamp, also don't forget to keep an eye on the fluid level in the reservoir as it can only go up when squeezing the calipers pistons back to make room for your nice & new fat pads & discs, you may have to drain some off (I did).
