Since buying the car theres been a small ding in the rear N/S wheel arch but also another very slight outward dimple too on the same panel. The wheelarch ding has some evidence of rust inside the lip, where the paint has cracked.

Ive had a quote to repair and respray it, but I'm tempted to replace the whole panel, which I can get for just over the £100 mark, and in the correct colour.
For the labour involved in repairing it and removing the damage, filling and sanding, I'd rather have a new wing that I know has no rust or filler if its just a matter of bolting it on. (Even if I find I still need a respray to match it)
So, My question is, How easy is it to remove the rear N/S wing ?
