Yes !
It doesnt measure pressure - It counts wheel revolutions and when it sees a change across an axle it alerts.
 
Runflats suck balls... Best thing I ever did changing to standard tyres... smoother ride, reduced weight... never had a puncture yet 'touch wood' oi oi

I'm guessing you have the old Z4 so can't really draw comparison with run flats on an E89.

I kinda get annoyed when people chime in on E89 threads rubbishing RFs when they have no experience of the latest generation tyres on the latest models :wink:

Or on Runfllats in general where experience is based on the original Bridgestone RE050 ONLY

Other manufacturers RFTs are totally different to Bridgestones ,but they are not cheap :wink:
 
What do you guys do if you get a puncture, Do you already have Gel in your tyres or do you carry a can of tyre weld in your car with you.
Just curious as I am coming up for a tyre change and am pondering on using STD tyres.
 
Rezulteo do a very good tyre rating comparison. On my car I run
225 45 R17 91V Run Flats
The tyre that comes up with a 5 star rating in Safety, Comfort and Economy is the Continental Conti Sport Contact 2* SSR
