My drivers side mirror is only adjustable left and right. It will not move up or down. Is there a fix or must I replace it? The Passenger side one works fine.

It may have got stuck.
It’s worth moving the mirror positions every so often just to prevent this from happening.

If both do the same then it’s most likely to be the switch.Bump
Hi Harry/all,
Did you manage to resolve this?
My door mirrors only seem to adjust left - it’s very smooth in doing so, no knocks or clicking. I can’t adjust the mirrors up/down or right.
Any ideas?
Thank you![]()
Thank you chap, why didn’t I think of that!!If both do the same then it’s most likely to be the switch.
Thank you, can the same be applied to the actual mirror adjustment switch (circular)? (both window switches are working)You can dismantle the switch and clean it quite easily. Convertible switches are particularly prone to getting moisture in them which can gunk things up.
One of my first jobs was to clean out the passenger window switch on the driver's side. Been fine for 4 years now.
