If redundant members were deleted, would their posts be gone too? I'm all for de-cluttering. I find the place cluttered when doing a search for a particular subject and you'll get quite a few threads or too many that are replicated on the subject. Maybe that's why from time to time you'll get people who either can't be bothered or find it a bit of a minefield when searching and so post on the forum only to be 'told off' because it's already posted in archives. I did have between 2 and 3 years away hence not many posts.

Even if someone has their account deleted, there is an option to keep the posts. You will see that when members have asked to "leave" and have their account deleted, their posts remain, unless they've edited them to a series of "."craig3.2 said:
