Red oil light on idle

Hi all
After using the car for a while today, I was getting red oil light on idle.
As soon as revs reach around 900-950, oil light goes out.
Oil level is at max and unchanged since service a few months ago.

Car is a 2007 e86 3.0si with fsh and 78k miles. Running fine.

Is oil pressure sensor the most likely culprit?
Easy change

Thanks...had a similar answer from a knowledgeable mate who had an M3 for years.
I'll get my brother in law mechanic to have a look

Not actually the same car, but I had this exact issue on a mini R52. Was the oil pressure switch, very simple fix (on that car at least)
