Rear end Wobbles

I have an 2011 E89 and every time I hit a pothole the read of the car seems to wobble and I think it's getting slightly worse.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem and if so how to fix the it?
 
On E89s usually it’s some combination of..

Worn rear trailing arm bushes

Worn bushes on rear knuckle links

Worn shock absorber

Shot tyres / incorrect pressure setting

ARB link bushes /drop link failure

In that priority

Would help to state which model, mileage, year for us lacking clairvoyancey…
 
Non run flats at that pressure should give a good ride, perhaps the dampers are past their best, what’s the mileage? Do you have any record of them being changed?
