An unfortunate occurrence but hopefully rare. If it's the guy who I think it is then he's a complete wa@ker and was the main cause of me packing in the Facebook forum. Sometimes you can get an idea of what people are like by looking at their Twitter feeds. Don't let it raise your blood pressure it isn't worth it.

He wasn't why I left the FB page, but I remember him being a bit of a wide-boy wannabe.

The vast majority of people on here are really decent folks, I've bought loads of stuff on here with no issues, in fact my first Z was probably more forum parts than mine

You learn and move on - everyone gets stung occasionally,

FFS Indeed.

................. well on a positive note :D

I used the forum to find a buyer for my Z4MR and it went really well ....
Just saying like, ....... my experiences of buying and selling stuff on here has always been good .....

I've bought loads of stuff off forum members since buying my Zed (damn you forum) and had nothing but positive outcomes

It's a shame that some people just don't know how to conduct themselves

Hopefully the op will find someone worthy of buying his hardtop soon.

Actually I think it's his brother. Said wide boy bought a coupe, and he announced his brother (whom I'm sure is an equally wide wannabe just bought a roadster.

I didn't think Ron was the type of man to muck me about so I was more than happy to hold the item and arrange the postage upon his return. I also got some great updates on his travels and we had a good chat upon his return. I was also going away so I wanted it sent before then. I knew he was 'old skool' so a cheque was fine with me.

Kind words indeed - and appreciated!
The auld skool give away must have been the cheque !

Just been reading through this members previous posts, looks like he has offered to buy everything that's ever been offered for sale  he's on-line now, surprised he hasn't tried to defend himself if there was a legitimate reason for not turning up. Looks like a proper time waster, also knows as a tool

OMG just read his twitter account, what a F*ucking tool. Can we start a partition to have his removed from the forum?

It can be justified, just add a rule saying no Tools allowed. :fuelfire:
