I kept my oem ones as only 10k use at time and mint
Just fitted H&R bars and lowering springs= yum

My mate at Dmworx in Aylesbury ordered them in
As I believe I have the e46m ones fitted to my car as ones sent actually for my car didn't fit the rear

But God they make a difference
Lovely and flat
Rear I will tell you I hated absolutely hated as had no idea what it was doing

Now I'm so used to it I know what its up to as lost the bouncing feeling on rear and front is as flat as a pancake in bends etc

Add springs and yummmmm
 
I regret swapping the RTABs & limiters during wintergaraging, don't remember how it was before! With new Eibachs on too.
I'm sure it didn't do any harm tho.
