Quick fix satnav recommendation?

Hi, I'm off to Europe in a few weeks and, having just bought my Zed, don't have sat nav sorted yet.

Any recommendations on which way I should go for a quick plug and play sat nav? Tomtom Garmin etc?

if u have iphone get the app. free ones are ok but for europe travel id go tomtom
