Probably PVR then, we all know what the Dutch are like... legal pot makes them do strange things... clogs... tulips... trying to get their fingers in dykes... penile decoration...

I had a mate at Uni who made a hobby out of trying to get his fingers in dykes. Succeeded once or twice too. He wasn't Dutch though, nor did he decorate his penis. As far as I know anyway.
