£1k donated to be spunked on alloys and coil overs that you've now over sprayed on?

It doesn't matter what the money was spent on, it could have been spent on crisps and fizzy drinks for the workers for all I care, as long as it's contributing to getting the project finished.
I know I expressed a disappointment in my post last week when we were waiting for the reveal, but I have never knocked this project and it's taken Brad a lot of time and effort and at his young age he should be praised not criticised for taking this project on.
It might not be to everyone's taste, but El Taco if you have nothing possitive to say why dont you do us all a favour and fu#k off to another forum and piss someone else off you complete moron!?

Here is a more... in character image

"Spray jobs... (good ones) cost upwards of £2,000-£3,000 depending on the finishing work that's required. I do not have the capital (at least not for a few weeks) to be able to make an outright payment of that kind of money for a spray job and I am still in the final decision process of who is going to be the team to finish her off."

I have a body guy who would do it for considerably less than that! And before people say "he must be crap, etc" He painted these:

Full resto paint job - i did the prep, all new panels etc and my guy painted, inside, oustside, underneath - everywhere!

This is the closest to the work project marmite requires - this is a grp 924 carrera gt replica kit, fitted to a tatty, grey 924s. Grp wings, rear arches, new doors. Nothing fitted properly - the kit was reworked to and acceptable fit, blocked back to the profile of the steel work, and the entire car painted. I did lots of the prep and fitting and paid £1k for the painting, including refurbing the wheels!

Bring it 'oop north' for a better deal and get it looking the best it possibly can!

haha, i ma not like al brads modifcations but that's a mather of taste, and you can argue about that.

brad keep up the good work

exactly its a taste thing. im not keen on some of it and other bits i do like but thats me. still impressed with the work that's gone into it.

Ive just skimmed though the last 4 pages quick... brad am i right in thinking your going to get a better paint job done later or have i got the wrong end of the stick on that. it doesnt look all that bad in the pics to me, certainly now its done makes the car look more coherent.
