private plates

Saw my favourite private plate so far on Thursday, northbound on the A1 around 1pm - Mercedes sporting 9NAL

Mine is a bit of fun, but does occasionally get remarks from chavs shouting at me.

These are our cars, seemed classier than matching anoraks somehow.

Best plate I ever saw was on a Roller. O BO110X :driving:

Saw it advertised for £10k a bit later on.

Couple of R35s with the GTROC have BA11 AAX, that one was at the Gumball and BO11 AAX.

I remember being in Easterns Servicing dept at Russell Road and hearing the service guy going 'that's amazing, I love it' when I looked at the guys car the Reg was 69 ER. Both were men in their late 40s with sever middle age spread. At 18 years old I was a little bit sick in my mouth.

Picked up a matching plate for my roadster.

One black screw away from being identical to that on my coupe!

I know that the plate J1 HAD was in existence at one point and it was on a Warrior. Used to turn up on Annadale Street just before prayer time at the Mosque everyday.

Most people just used to go, what's that mean.........changed days now. I believe it's one of the registrations the DVLA ordered to be removed.

Just like for the 07 plates Scotland weren't given the SN prefix because they said it looked like SNOT and it would offend people. Honestly!

I hope they just got unlucky when they registered their cars and didn't pay money to look like a pair of twats.

Oh no, they paid probably well above their worth to look like the twats they are. They are part of a minority group of R35 owners who think they are better than everyone and like to go screaming around London at 2am.

The attitude of this group almost ruined the owners club. I'm surprised there wasn't a fight at SS Classic this year.......friction and hostility is one word to describe some interactions.

Batallion30five by any chance?

That's the one. Bunch of knobs. The sooner they move onto some other crap the better.

Just seen your edit - well you may have seen some of the issues recently. At least the board is once again the old skool team.

There's a guy up the road who has had a plate for years... Might have an issue with it nowadays, considering he's a 60 year old White male... The plate is N16GAS.
