If my number plate light had not be out, this would arguably have been the best photo I've ever taken of my Z.

I feel your pain - that is a fabulous photo.

Aren't the number plate lights those fancy LED thingies that use no electricity and last forever? The only 2 bulbs that ever blew on my 1 Series in 6 and a half years! :headbang:

Those would be ones! I'll be on to my third set when I replace them in just over a year! :headbang:

Try the flat panel ones, I got sick of replacing the led ones that pop every few months, the panel ones have done me well and not one popped yet.

Me and D4dawg both agreed today was too nice to work so a nice cruise down to Portsmouth in the sun :D

Hi David,

Congratulation for your E89 Zed in the rarest colour ever produced. We had that topic in the german Zroadster.com forum and I raised the question to BMW customer service.

In total 116.045 E89 were produced, just 716 of them delivered in estoril blue and out of these 716 only 66 as 35is.

I also thought about estoril when I ordered valencia orange, but we got the opinion that one car in estoril in the familiy is enough (330d of my misses).

On a nice day and in a nice car like yours there is nowhere finer ! :D Looks familiar...Bowland ? Longridge ?

Does look familiar , very like the road up from Ribchester into the Trough over Jeffrey Hill  https://www.instagram.com/p/BUmEFVdjsdt/?taken-by=andybmwheels
