Post pics of your.... push bikes :-)

Interested to see what you've bought...

Wish my cycle carrier was as cheap - mine cost £8.5k but it did come with it's own engine, seats, wheels and big cargo area :poke:

Pawn - do you have any more pics of your Hollywood rack in situ on the car? Side views etc? If I cant get my wheels this month I may as well spend some hard earned cash on a bike carrying solution :D

Need to clean the car / sort out my wheels this evening so I'll chuck it on and take a couple pics. If I have time.

Well here it is in all it's glory, my new cycle carrier

A couple of dents to knock out, but it diesel and hopefully twice a economical as the Z4, so the saving should pay for the tax and insurance, so as long as it's reliable and doesnt cost to much it should be free motoring so to speak being offset against the Z4. Time will tell.

That's superb! I absolutely loved it when we borrow a £200 Fiat Punto from the father-in-law to run around in for a couple of weeks. We just didn't give a s**t about where we parked it, no more searching for the end space at Tesco. Certainly a good option for carrying the bikes

Even the wife wants to drive it, her car was cheap at £5k for a three year old Astra but it's still annoying when you get a little ding in it so we will use it for shopping and so on, my only concern is that the Z4 wont get used.

If this is the case I may sell it later in the summer, and then buy a ///MR in the winter when prices have dropped. The ///MR would a be a keeper for life and a garage queen so to speak.

Only time will tell.

srhutch, nice! Good move. I'm sure you will use it more than expected. Fun cars too those 306s. Glad the Z4 is staying

inkey$, couple of pics I didn't use before:

Think srhutch's solution is best. Well, Ally's is, but that's in a different league.

Had 3 306's before all diesels so seemed a logical choice, using it for work instead of the Z4 pays for Diesel, tax and insurance so if there are no problems it really is a no brainer. Everything should be cheaper, just hope I get chance to use the Z4. If I don't I will sell the Z4 later in the summer and by a ///M in the winter as I dont care how oftern that will get driven as it will be a keeper.

here are my toys.oh how i luv my bikes.ha ha  02062010068.jpg16022008040.jpgepic.jpg

That's a pimpy set of bikes there bigcoose.

And I missed the addition of the pic of Jedi's Orange - that is stunning mate

Just ordered a 19" Orange Crush using cyce to work voucher. Half price!! Pics once she arrives.

Apparently Cycle To Work will be introduced at my work in the next month or two (they've been saying that for about 18 months though...). If they do then I already know what I'm buying

A really wish ANY of these bikes were mine, but they're not! OK, I'm just blatantly showing off my photos from the weekend's MTB World Cup at Fort William. Simply awesome to watch these riders up close :)

If these don't inspire you to go biking then nothing will ;)

Yeah, all taken by me. I'm slowly getting the hang of this camera (Canon 350d) and techniques for action shots

Almost every man and his dog seemed to have a D-SLR camera up there at the weekend though.
