Post Office - Certifying Documents

Hi all,

I need to get some docs certified fairly quickly i.e. tomorrow and was going get it done at a local post office that does the service, looking on the Royal Mail Website it says to download the ID Checking Service form and fill it in, well I would do that if I had a printer at home which I don't :) I've been calling the Post Office branch all morning and tried Royal Mail Customer service No. but have lost the will to live :|

Anyone know if the Branch will keep copies of the form, I assume they do, but don't want to make a wasted journey. They're customer service sucks especially when they don't answer the phone :(

Cheers,

Tim.

Thanks Mark.

After not been able to get through to the Post Office by phone I emailed customer service but ended making a trip to a post office that does document certification and they had the form no problem. I got back back home and received a reply from customer service;

Tim.
