Bought a set of mcguard wheel locking nuts from a fellow z4 forum member..

Package turned up today in a plastic apologetic bag stating that the good had been damaged in transit by the Royal Mail... :x

after peeking inside it appears the locking device is missing ie the key.. this obviously renders the bolts useless.. has anyone claimed againts the royal mail for damaged goods and how they got on.

Will they replace with new and i doubt i will be able to get another set that isn't fresh from the factory

Sorry to hear about it. Were the bolts sent by recorded / special delivery? You might have more luck with a claim if they were...
