Hmmm, I think it may stay, but sadly will end up not looking like that.
However, in the interests of cynicism I'll take the second option. :roll:
 
I think, give it the winter. 3 - 6 months and then it will be game over :lol:
 
3 to 6 months, he will keep looking at the car and thinking am I doing the right thing, have I got the know how and energy to do this long term job and bring it in as a quality job. Then he will say to himself 'Mikey' was correct, can't do it but at least I've got a garage out of it. :evil: :thumbsup: :D
 
I just keep track of the expendature so I know how much to pay for the stuff once it has been stopped :lol:
 
I wonder if when the expenditure hits 40k how far he got :lol:

I have to do it now as I paid a deposit on the (very expensive) body kit and interior today. :(

I will admit it scares me shiteless. I look at this little BMW and can't help thinking to myself (but don't tell the wife) "how the hell can I make that look like I want it to?". I have built houses from scratch on my own but this is a completely new area for me.

I need encouragement....but I ain't gonna get that here am I? :lol:
 
I hope you complete it if it is domething that you really want to do but history shows us that you jump ship easily.
It will take a long time to complete but I think you have maybe bitten off more than you can chew , especially if you remember the spark plug incident.
There should maybe have been a poll before you embarked on this mission to ask everybody if it was wise.
Are you going to start a build thread showing weekly progress? It could be interesting.
You could even video your progress and stick it on youtube, you may even make a bit of cash from it.

I hadn't realised that you have built houses from scratch, something else I wouldn't do. So maybe I'm wrong :thumbsup: Can we see all the bits when they arrive as I'm keen to see how this goes now that you have started buying everything? :thumbsup:
