Remapped. There's a good chance I will remap the car anyway. If I like it, it stays, and it's one less thing to do.
As far as mods in general, it all depends on the mods and how they are presented. If you add a whale tail, gull doors, and kart suspension, yeah, very few folk will be interested. If your mods are tasteful and useful, and you present them as improvements in riding comfort, fuel consumption, safety, etc, far more folk will be interested.
For example, my auxiliary left foot brake pedal. Very, very few folk will understand it, much less like it. If I were selling the Zed, I'd remove it, and gift it to the buyer after the sale is completed. The black grilles, the black headlamps, the window tinting, the steering wheel, etc, I wouldn't even mention. I bet many won't even notice it. The KWV3 coilovers, I'd say the OEs were done --true--, and the choice was to the replace with OEs, or with superior brand, which actually improve comfort and steering --also true.
