WIth Inkey$' thread on how to lay up a car for the winter months, and the various responses, it got me wondering how many owners are going to be waving goodbye to their Z until daffodils start bursting through the verges and gardens, bleating lambs are seen prancing in farmer's fields, and for the less poetic amongst you, the F1 season restarts.
So I found out how to create a poll, and came up with this.
Let the Sacrilige/Wuss debate begin (away from the useful thread that Inkey$ probably had in mind)
:slappy:

I only did 1500 miles last year but if the weather is right and I'm not ferrying teenage footballers around then yes I'll use it, it's taxed all year around.

As I consolidated two cars into one, i.e. the sensible one and the sporty one which I only drove in Summer, I will indeed be driving the zed. However, don't think it will be a problem with a pair of winter boots on her :)

I am only going to use mine on dry days :driving: , don't mind if it's cold but soon as they start putting salt down it's in the garage until spring, it's not my daily driver I have two more cars I can use . oldies but goodies :)

It's going away to protect it from the salt, the winters are going on the 4x4 and it's time for a real winter

As my only car the zed will be running through winter, though I do tend to avoid using it where possible.

No problems last year... ultimately I bought the car to drive it so I don't mind :driving:

Use mine top down all year as long as its dry.

Will be swapping between the Z3 and the Z4 all winter as they are the only cars apart from the company one

I will be using mine..but only when I feel like it..

With the heated seats and excellent heaters I don't think I will get too cold... :driving:

Nope, though a woolly hat and a pair of gloves helps when it gets really chilly

Will depend on the weather, I've not had the car long enough to be able to put it away. If it's really wet or snowy it's the jeep

Dry and sunny, snow-free days, mine will get used. The rest of the time it will sit at home. I probably average about 30 miles a week from the beginning of November to end of March.

as above really.... rest of the time I'll be using the Jeep or for longer trips, the S8 on it's winter wheels n tyres...

used all winter, no matter what the weather/temp/conditions (when safe). its a car thats what it was designed for and im fairly sure if it can cope with a Bavarian winter then it can cope with here.
