Worcester_spoon Senior member Basingstoke, Hampshire Apr 11, 2014 #1 Having a go at the weekend. Any prep tips, or just spray it on and see what happens?!?
Worcester_spoon Senior member Basingstoke, Hampshire Apr 11, 2014 #3 Grills and possible silver trim on steering wheel. Using matt finish. Wondered if I need a super fine sandpaper to give a key on the surface, undercoat or just use and alcohol wipe to clean the surface properly?

B Beetlegav Senior member Nelson, Lancashire Apr 11, 2014 #4 Nope didn't key mine. Just lots of thin layers. Been perfectly fine since. I used satin black though
H Half Colin Senior member Apr 11, 2014 #5 Ditto - cleaning wipe and make sure it's dry before you start. Then 5-6 thin coats. The first couple will hardly show any colour but don't worry it comes.
